fix(deps): bump golib to cap relay buffers on multiplexed streams

The adaptive io.Join grew buffers to 256 KiB when writing into yamux
streams, which delayed tcpMux keepalive ping/pong past the 10s timeout
under load and dropped the whole client session ("session shutdown"
followed by relogin). golib now caps non-socket destinations at 16 KiB.
